Steph went to her first yoga class in 2007 in Detroit. It wasn't until she moved to California that she got into a weekly practice. She found that the more she practiced yoga, the more self aware she became off of her mat. In 2010 she trained with Yoga Shelter to become a certified yoga instructor & has been teaching ever since.
After 11 years of teaching, Stephanie still considers herself a student of yoga; always ready to discover, learn, play and grow. She truly values connecting & practicing yoga as a community whether it be in person or in a group, virtually.
Whether you are a beginner or a well-seasoned yogi, there is a space for you in class. Learn how yoga can help you manage stress, be more present, build muscle, create flexibility, and be more at ease in your day-to-day. It doesn't matter if you can't touch your toes :)

2) use Yoga Shelter link to sign up for Monday, Friday and Sunday classes for now. This will change soon and I will be offering more of my own classes. YAY!
3) For Wednesday class purchase a drop-in or 4-pack. If it's your first class, use your freebie!
4) Sign up for class using the "book now" tab below. You will receive a zoom link in your confirmation email.
5) Try and sign on 5 minutes early if possible to get settled on your mat. Wear comfy clothes & stay hydrated.
