I recently became a nudge coach and really love this app! It's a great database to track food, beverages, movement, sleep, indulgences, energy and weight. It's possible to sync apps like fitbit, jawbone & strava to Nudge to track movement and exercise too! The Owaves app is the first day-planner designed to help you prioritize healthy activities – like exercise, sleep, and nutrition – alongside traditional work and errands. You decide how big of a chunk of your day you want to devote to certain activities and Owaves helps you get in that groove. A great reminder for people who are on the go!
MyFitnessPal has the world's largest nutrition and calorie database. For those of us who need a little more intel about the nutritional value of our foods, this app holds a lot of empowerment. This app has helped millions lose weight with the free calorie counter. We get to hold ourselves accountable for what we put in. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone with an eating disorder or past eating disorder.
4) Skin Deep
It's really easy to say yes to a product that reads 'all natural' or 'organic', but sometimes getting the behind the scenes info helps us make a more educated decision about what were putting on our bodies. What we put on is just as important as what we put in. Get critical info on your personal care products right at your finger tips.
5) Food Scores
We all want to eat healthier, but it's not always easy to know how. Food Scores let's us compare foods for the healthier choice, scan our grocery items for on the spot info, and gives us intel on pesticides, food additives, contaminants, and even antibiotics. This app is a gem; especially in the grocery store before I put something in the cart!
