YOGA OFFERINGS

Yoga is a profound way to connect deeper with ourselves & explore the vastness of the healing we hold within. It's also a great way to sample what it's like to work together, in community.

I went to my first yoga class in 2007 in Detroit. It wasn't until I moved to California that I got into a weekly practice. I found that the more I practiced yoga, the better my relationship became with ME. In 2010 I trained with Yoga Shelter to become a certified yoga instructor & have been teaching ever since.

 

I will always be a student of yoga. I truly value connecting & practicing yoga as a community whether it be in person or virtually.

Whether you are a beginner or a well-seasoned yogi, there is a space for you in class. Yoga is a doorway IN. It can help us manage stress, be more present, build muscle, create flexibility, and deepen our relationship within. It doesn't matter if you can't touch your toes :)
