YOGA OFFERINGS

I went to my first yoga class in 2007 in Detroit. It wasn't until I moved to California that I got into a weekly practice. I found that the more I practiced yoga, the better my relationship became with myself and my body. In 2010 I trained with Yoga Shelter to become a certified yoga instructor & have been teaching ever since.

 

I will always be a student of yoga. I truly value connecting & practicing yoga as a community whether it be in person or in a group, virtually.

Whether you are a beginner or a well-seasoned yogi, there is a space for you in class. Learn how yoga can help you manage stress, be more present, build muscle, create flexibility, and deepen your relationship with you. It doesn't matter if you can't touch your toes :)

 

Virtual classes are held on Zoom. In person classes coming soon.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE

WEDNESDAY: 10-11am virtual at-home Bold Flow (1/2 slow flow, 1/2 guided vinyasa)

SUNDAY: 10-11am virtual at-home Virtual Guided Flow
