Last week I started a new chapter in life! A one year commitment to becoming a better health coach. I was turned on to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition because it is the largest health coaching school in the world. It is the only nutrition school that integrates different dietary theories, physical activity, spirituality, relationships & career. Also some of my biggest inspirations in the health world graduated from this program! I'm feeling so inspired and so ready to not only better my own life from this info, but to help anyone who is ready to make a change. Solid, solid, stuff!
