    MOCK SALMON PATE About a year ago, I had a mock salmon test kitchen. I tried a handful of different recipes and took the best of all of them to make this one. It's delicious, filling and packed with nutrients. I have a hard time planning what I will eat the next day, but this recipe is much better if the almonds are soaked overnight.
