Emotional Well Being Essential Oil Roller Recipe


This is a formulation made to help the user find balance in their day to day, to slow the spinning wheels. As a wellness practitioner, I know that mental wellness is just as important as what we eat and how we move our bodies. Essential oils are a great way to lower stress, get into the present moment, and feel good!

Uses: In the morning to help start the day, mid-day as a pick-me-up or any time when that balance is needed. Inhale, use on pressure points or as a perfume. Safe for mamas.

You Need:

-1/6oz/5ml roller

-A carrier oil (grapeseed, fractionated coconut oil, sweet almond oil) of your choice

-Young Living Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils:

Frankincense

Cedarwood

Lavender

Peace & Calming Blend (tangerine, orange, ylang ylang, patchouli, blue tansy)
