Ginger Tea & Iced Ginger Wellness Tea

Does anyone else ever get sick of water? I drink it all day, but sometimes I just want something else!!! One of my go-to’s is iced ginger tea with a touch of honey and lots of lemon. During the colder months, it's hot ginger tea. There are so many benefits. I make a big pitcher for the fridge so I can have it on hand. I love the way it makes me feel & I love the taste of ginger.

If you're pregnant, ginger might help soothe the icky feeling of first trimester nausea. It's also powerhouse when it comes to boosting the immune system & lessening inflammation.
